Saport is an online platform that connects clients with verified masters for various services.
2. Service Users
2.1. Clients
- Any individual or legal entity aged 18 or older can become a client
- By placing an order, you guarantee the accuracy of provided data
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
2.2. Masters
- Masters can be sole proprietors or individuals with experience
- Masters undergo verification before being admitted to work
- Masters are required to perform work with quality and within agreed timeframes
3. Order Process
3.1. Placing an Order
- Client specifies order details through the form on the website or in the app
- System selects available masters in the appropriate category
- Master evaluates the order and can accept or decline it
- After agreeing on details, the master performs the work
3.2. Pricing
- Service cost is determined by the master based on the work description
- Final cost may change after on-site inspection
- All cost changes are agreed upon with the client
- Saport does not set prices for master services
4. Payment for Services
- Payment is made directly to the master after work completion
- Payment method (cash, card, transfer) is agreed between client and master
- Saport receives a commission from the master for platform usage
- Client does not pay any service commission
5. Responsibility
5.1. Saport's Responsibility
- Saport provides a platform for connecting clients and masters
- We are not responsible for the quality of completed work
- We are not responsible for the actions of third parties (masters)
- We strive to ensure reliable website operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
5.2. Masters' Responsibility
- Masters bear full responsibility for the quality of completed work
- Masters are required to have necessary licenses and permits
- Masters are liable for damages caused to the client during work
5.3. Clients' Responsibility
- Clients are required to provide accurate information
- Clients are responsible for timely payment for services
- Clients must not abuse the service or violate the rights of other users
6. Complaints and Disputes
- Complaints about master work are accepted within 7 days after completion
- Saport acts as a mediator in dispute resolution
- If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is resolved in court
- We reserve the right to block access for users who violate the terms
7. Order Cancellation
7.1. Cancellation by Client
- Client can cancel the order before the master's arrival for free
- Cancellation after the master's arrival may involve expense compensation
7.2. Cancellation by Master
- Master can decline an order for valid reasons
- Frequent unjustified declines may lead to account suspension
8. Intellectual Property
- All website content (texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright
- Use of materials without written permission is prohibited
- The name 'Saport' and logo are registered trademarks
9. Prohibited
- Using the service for illegal activities
- Providing knowingly false reviews
- Attempting to bypass the commission payment system
- Posting spam or malicious content
- Collecting personal data of other users
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the website or email. Continued use of the service after changes means your agreement with the new terms.
